I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW) with additional training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges and work toward meaningful change.

With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide a supportive, practical, and compassionate approach to therapy that helps clients feel understood while developing tools for meaningful change.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I believe that everyone has their own unique journey and that healing begins one step at a time.
