Ashley Dunn MSW, RSW, EMDR Clinician

I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree and over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, mental health concerns, and significant life changes. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

My practice is informed by an Indigenous social work perspective and postgraduate specialization training in Indigenous trauma and resiliency. I consider healing within the broader context of your life experiences, relationships, culture, and community, recognizing the strengths and experiences you bring with you.

As an EMDR Clinician, I have a particular passion for helping individuals heal from trauma, including childhood trauma, sexual abuse and exploitation, and other difficult or overwhelming experiences. I also support clients navigating significant life transitions, including the transition to parenthood, where past experiences or childhood wounds may begin to surface in new ways.

Through a compassionate, strengths-based approach, I support clients in processing difficult experiences, understanding patterns shaped by the past, strengthening emotional regulation, and building a greater sense of safety and resilience. Together, we work toward meaningful change that allows you to move forward with greater confidence and connection.
