Jaimee Dowker, MSW, RSW, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional

Supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, grief, and trauma with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach

I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW) with additional training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges and work toward meaningful change.

My approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that each person brings unique strengths, experiences, and goals to therapy. I support clients in building resilience, strengthening emotional regulation, developing healthier relationships, and creating practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I work alongside clients to develop meaningful coping skills and create lasting change.

Currently accepting new clients for individual  therapy. Offering both in-person and virtual sessions with evening and weekend availability.

Bob Fehir, MSW, RSW

30+ years supporting adults through life transitions, relationships, trauma, grief, and addiction

With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide a supportive, practical, and compassionate approach to therapy that helps clients feel understood while developing tools for meaningful change.

I work primarily with adults experiencing relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional burnout, trauma, grief, addiction, and men’s mental health concerns. I also support individuals navigating difficult relationship experiences, including emotionally harmful or narcissistic relationship dynamics.

My approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, helping clients recognize and build on their existing resilience while developing practical strategies to move through life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. When supporting addiction concerns, I work from a harm-reduction approach that meets clients where they are with compassion and respect.

While I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) serves as a foundation of my work. I believe in creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.

Currently accepting new clients for individual & couples therapy. Offering both in-person and virtual sessions with daytime and evening availability.

Rita Charest-Pekeski, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), EMDR Clinician

Supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief through EMDR therapy and a compassionate, holistic approach

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I believe that everyone has their own unique journey and that healing begins one step at a time. My goal is to provide a genuine, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.

I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Having personal experience with trauma, I understand how difficult it can be to navigate healing and recovery alone. I meet clients where they are, working collaboratively to help them move through challenges, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is holistic, recognizing the connection between the mind, body, and emotions. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapies, I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Currently accepting new clients for individual & EMDR therapy. Offering both in-person and virtual sessions with daytime, evening and weekend availability.
