Alina Naim, RSW, MSW
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree and 18 years of experience in both therapeutic and educational settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting children, youth, adults, and families as they navigate a variety of life challenges. I approach therapy with warmth, professionalism, and a focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable and supported. I am particularly passionate about helping clients address issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, parenting challenges, trauma, self-esteem, and stress related to work, school, or health. I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each client, integrating evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. My commitment is to empower clients to build resilience, improve communication, and make meaningful changes in their lives. If you are ready to begin your journey, I am here to support you every step of the way.
