Vanessa Angi, MSW, RSW, Clinical Traumatologist
I am a Master’s-level Registered Social Workerwith over a decade of experience supporting children, youth, and adults in the mental health field. My practice is rooted in a deep commitment to helping individuals reach their goals in ways that feel both meaningful and achievable. I support clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is flexible and client-centered, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. With specialized training in trauma-informed care, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered—whether they are navigating everyday stressors or more complex life experiences. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you—offering guidance, support, and tools to help you move toward the life you want to lead.
