
Our Registered Psychotherapist Dakota Forman has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. As a Certified Clinical Supervisor, she is passionate about supporting qualifying therapists on their journey toward registration by helping them build a strong clinical foundation and grow into confident, ethical, and reflective practitioners.
Dakota offers supervision grounded in trauma-informed care, drawing on her extensive experience in individual and couples therapy. Her approach is shaped by specialized training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and certification as a Clinical Trauma Specialist.
