Supporting individuals and couples through relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions

I support individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and emotional difficulties through a compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach to therapy.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and work alongside clients to help them build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Whether you are seeking healing after difficult experiences, looking to strengthen relationships, or hoping to develop strategies for managing stress and emotional challenges, I strive to create a non-judgmental and supportive space where meaningful change can occur.

With additional training in Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist approaches, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals while supporting them in creating lasting and meaningful change.

Currently accepting new clients for individual & couples therapy. Offering both in-person sessions in Barrie and virtual sessions across Ontario with daytime, evening and weekend availability.
